MEMPHIS — In the hallowed halls of every old building in Memphis, wooden plaques with brass nameplates tell the tales of distinguished volunteers and elected officials whose efforts shaped the community. Among these venerable names stands Orvilla Evans,a beacon of selfless service and dedication.
