WELLINGTON – Folks watch in anticipation as muralist Malcom Byers launched his depiction of Collingsworth County on the long building at 915 West Ave., conveniently owned by Mayor Larry Adams, on Tuesday, June 10. While the nonprofit Wellington Community Fund organization commissioned Byers to paint the mural, the City of Wellington is the facilitator of the project.
