CHILDRESS – Childress District Environmental Project Planner, Matt Orr, was presented with a Texan Caring for Texans award at the 30th annual awards ceremony on the campus of West Texas A&M University in Canyon on Thursday, August 6.
Orr began his career with the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) in February of 2014 and has served in his current position ever since.
