    LUBBOCK — South Plains Electric Cooperative (SPEC) has opened Operation Round Up Community Grant application for the sixth year.

    The Community Grant is available to local, non-profit organizations that serve communities in the cooperative’s service territory, SPEC Public Relations Specialist Whitney Bryant said, with each grant up to $1,500.
