Two officials announce resignations

MEMPHIS – Two city officials announced their resignations during the regular meeting of the Memphis City Council Monday night, Sept. 14.

City Administrator Jack Owens and Alderwoman Leslie Ivy both presented their letters to the council at the close of the meeting.
