HYGIENE CLOSETThe Panhandle Community Services Hygiene Closet is open from 1:30-3:30 p.m. the second Friday of the month. Recipients can choose any five hygiene items, including toilet paper, soap, shampoo, deodorant, cleaning products and more, for free upon the completion of the provided survey.
