City council votes down RV park ordinance

MEMPHIS – The Memphis City Council voted down a proposed ordinance governing RV parks after more than 40 people showed up for a public hearing on the matter Monday night, August 10.

More than 20 people addressed the council with most of those being opposed to the proposed ordinance.
