Johnny Mack Mote was a long-time resident of Collingsworth County, Texas, where he owned Johnny Mote Equipment. Also known as a farm equipment diesel mechanic, farmer and rancher, Johnny passed away on Oct. 15, 2023, at the Thomas E. Creek Veterans Affairs Community Living Center in Amarillo, Texas.
