First United Bank announces Purchase and Assumption Agreement to acquire seven rural Vista Bank locations

LUBBOCK — Plains Bancorp, Inc., the parent company of First United Bank, has entered into a Purchase and Assumption Agreement to acquire seven rural branch locations of Vista Bank.
