ALEBERTA SUE TRAMMELL Alberta Sue Trammell, age 84, passed away in Childress, Texas on June 24, 2025, surrounded by her family.
Graveside services are scheduled for 3 p.m. Saturday, June 28, 2025, at the Fairmount Cemetery in Hollis, Okla., with Glynn Willis officiating.
A visitation is scheduled for 5-6 p.m. Friday, June 27, 2025, at Johnson Funeral Home.
Alberta Sue Trammell was born May 30, 1941, to the late Albert Rivers and Annie Susan Rivers (Atwood) in Hollis, Okla. She loved her Truman Webb Sunday school class. She was a devoted member of the First Baptist Church. Sue was an accounting and office manager to Stelzer Oil for over 50 years. She also ran a jewelry shop in Post, Texas called Texas Treasures for over 20 years.
She is survived by her daughter, Kim Allen and husband Jay Allen; granddaughters Cricket and husband Casey Timmons and Shae and husband Lonnie Ellifritz; great-grandchildren J’liegh Ross and Kaliegh Ellifritz, and Caler, Cyler and Piper Timmons; and best friend Gay Hicks.
