DAWN MARIE CRAIG

Dawn Marie Craig, 65, of Childress, Texas, passed away Saturday, Nov. 15, 2025.

Memorial services took place at 2 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 4 at Parkview Baptist Church, 208 Ave. H NW, Childress. Arrangements were under the direction of Johnson Funeral Home.

Dawn was born on Aug. 17, 1960, in Buffalo, N.Y., to Lewis Glen and Marti (Ogden) Holtsclaw. She married David Craig, who preceded her in death on Nov. 9, 2014.

Dawn was devoted to her daily Bible reading and spreading that love to her family, friends and pets alike.

She is survived by her father, Lewis Glen Holtsclaw; her mother, Marti (Ogden) Holtsclaw; her daughter, Leanna Turner and husband Willie, of Childress; and brothers Scott Holtsclaw, of Rogers, Ark., and Rob Van Camp, of Henderson, N.C.
