Jackie Pratt, 80, of Wellington, Texas, passed away Wednesday,May 1,2024.
Funeral services took place at 10 a.m. Saturday, May 4, 2024, at the First Baptist Church with Rev. Ronnie Lambert, pastor, officiating. Burial followed in Fairview Cemetery.Arrangements were by Adams Funeral Home of Wellington.
Cole Cummings, Matt Cummings, Asher Robinson, Ty Wellborn,Tim Cummings and Bryan Robinson served as pallbearers.
She was born on Oct. 17, 1943, on a ranch in Childress County,Texas to Jack andTotsie Faulkner Hill and attended school in Quail,Texas.
Jackie served as a member of the First Baptist Church. She accepted Jesus at 11 years old at the Lillie Baptist Church.
She married John Pratt on July 10, 1994, in Amarillo, Texas. He preceded in death in 2015.
Jackie owned and operated the House of Beauty for 49 years.
She was also preceded in death by her parents; stepfather Howard Sullivan; a daughter, Vicky Larue Isaacs; two brothers, Lynn Hill and Clifton Sullivan; and two sisters, Betty Chandler and Patricia Sullivan.
Jackie is survived by her son, Gary Isaacs, of Tulsa, Okla.; two daughters, Toni Cummings and Tim, of Wellington, and Dana Robinson and Bryan,of Houston,Texas; four grandchildren, Cole Cummings and Amber,of Panhandle, Texas, Keri Jo Wellborn and Ty, of Childress, Texas, Matt Cummings and Kyla, of Mansfield, Texas, and Asher Robinson, of Houston; five great-grandchildren, Braxton and Camden Cummings, of Panhandle, Colter and Adeline
Wellborn, of Childress, and Parker Cummings, of Mansfield; a brother, Rodney Hill and Peggy, of Childress; and two sisters, Sandra Motsenbocker, of Wellington,and Pam Dwight,of Canyon.
The family suggests that memorials be made to H.U.G.S, the Wellington Cemetery Association or Collingsworth County Home Delivered Meals.
