Euletha Mae “Lee” Green Hood, an 11-year resident of Wellington, Texas, passed away in Childress, Texas on Thursday, Feb. 15, 2024, at the age of 104. A visitation and celebration of life gathering will be held from 2-4 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 25 in the Fellowship Hall of the First Baptist Church.

Carl V. Seal, age 92, passed away on Feb. 13, 2024, in Amarillo, Texas. Services were held at 2 p.m. Monday, Feb. 19, 2024, at Calvary Baptist Church with Terry William officiating. Burial immediately followed in Cee Vee Cemetery under the direction of Johnson Funeral Home.

Carra Beth Johnson, 95, of Fremont, Neb., died Saturday, Feb. 10, 2024, at Dunklau Gardens in Fremont. Carra Beth was born on Feb. 23, 1928, in Wellington, Texas to the late Mr.Jack Ball and Nora Sanford Ball. She married Roman Burton Johnson on May 11, 1947, in Wellington.
